From its very beginning in 1966 Trend Homes has been dedicated to building high-quality homes, homes that meet and exceed the needs of its resident’s way of life! But while the mission of Trend Homes has remained the same since the mid-sixties, some things have changed;
Currently Trend Homes claims Arizona as its home, but originally Trend Homes started in Salt Lake City as Trendsetter Homes! For 23 years Trendsetter Homes built quality homes for the people of Utah, but in 1989 with the realization that their innovative floor plans and value oriented philosophy could allow them to succeed in the then very price conscious market of Phoenix, the company founders moved business to Arizona!
Here in Arizona, Trend Homes has enjoyed adding the community figuratively and literally and has also enjoyed great success while doing so. Steady and well planned growth of 15% per year has allowed Trend Homes to diversify into several important market niches. Classic Communities, a division of Trend, builds higher density condominium projects, while Trend focuses on single family homes. Finally, the "Regency" brand builds value oriented luxury homes. Each of these entities has experienced tremendous success and Trend now builds approximately 1200 homes per year.
As previously mention, Trend Homes is dedicated to building quality homes with a superior design, this lends itself to the success Trend has experienced! Each year, Trend invests heavily in award winning architecture and color design to bring handsome and unique elevations and floor plans to market. The results have been stunning. Recently, the city of Phoenix chose Trend as its partner for a large redevelopment project after touring several completed communities.
